Quoted per event, as a flat fee agreed before you sign. Labour organizations, non‑profits and community groups pay a reduced rate, in writing, with the reason attached.
What we need from you
Two dedicated 15 amp circuits. A speaker list and a run of show. One person who can decide on the day. Everything else arrives in our vehicle and leaves in it.
You own the footage. Outright, on payment — recordings, clips, captions, all of it. No licence to renew, no archive you rent, no platform in the middle.
